MacEwan and Sunbaked have worked together on multiple projects that have been beneficial to both parties. With more projects or enhancements to existing projects always in the works, this relationship continues to develop.
The Bursary, Awards and Scholarships System (BASS) enables students and prospective students to browse through all the available bursaries, scholarships and awards available at MacEwan University. With search utility students can determine requirements and deadlines for all applications without the need to flip through dozens of forms. Students can either print out the applications for manual submission or select multiple applications online and fill in the information all at once, without having to provide essential information such as name, phone number and address multiple times. With this easy to apply system, it cuts down on time for both the student and the administration.

The Services to Students with Disabilities (SSD) desktop application allows the MacEwan staff to assess students in order to determine whether they require special accommodations or technologies due to disability. For each accommodation, government funding must be requested to fulfill the student needs. Once the funding has been granted the requests can be tracked and monitored for its current status. With new web integration, students can now submit their textbook requests online and have it feed into the desktop application without needing to visit the office in person.
The Project Tracker desktop application is used for various operations by the Facilities Department. What started out as a simple project management system, this application has expanded to include other modules such as Employee Training and Issue Tracking.
